GIRLS JUST WANT TO HAVE FUN....

This week's Spotlight is on Lynne and Gunilla....FABULOUS...THAT'S WHAT YOU ARE!!! The "IT" Girls of Summer posted a W this week as we claimed a 4-1 victory over River Oaks 2. Diane, as usual was steady and strong on 1S, and our doubles teams of Richelle and Nancy, Julie and Patti, and Gunilla and Cheryl were on fire! hot! hot! hot! We welcomed new team member Jenny who gave it a good run on 2S, (she'll get it next time). Our match ended with an amazing on the run backhand from Gunilla (if only the video recorder was there!). The support of our teammates, families, and friends is very much appreciated and we thank you all. River Oaks 2 (led by Colleen) were very gracious hostesses and we thank them for the refreshments following the match. The "IT" Girls of Summer will not be able to top it. Thanks to you all.
